    Brief summary of position’s purpose or role – the primary objective of the role

    To plan, direct and control sales business strategies and activities for the Honeywell, Gas Analysis & Safety portfolio for Vietnam (HCMC and Ha Noi)

    Sales Management to achieve agreed targets in:
    • Top line growth through customer bookings

    • Profitability through booked gross margins

    • Working Capital through payment terms

    • Customer Satisfaction through sales planning and account management

    Key Areas of Responsibility

    • Knowledge of Gas and Flame Detection is an advantage – Instrumentation experience.

    • Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial targets.

    • Business improvement, achieving aggressive productivity targets. Be a champion of sales processes and disciplines

    • Strategic account management of key accounts

    • Accurate planning and forecasting of sales performance

    • Act as industry spokesperson and figurehead in order to promote Honeywell’s name and capability

    • Aggressively deploy new business initiatives

    • Customer relationship management processes and increasing customer satisfaction levels

    • Responsible for sales activities and long-term relationship management for specified accounts

    • System and consulting knowledge applicable to vertical markets

    • Understanding of key processes, economic drivers to develop valued customer partnership in control and business solutions

    • Account (New & Existing) Development

    • Consult/investigate key business opportunities with range of customer contacts

    • “Product” solutions design and planning with internal HGAS resources and supplier contacts

    • Proposal Generation

    • Self Development

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • Degree qualified in commerce / business / engineering – an advantage

    • Electrical/ Mechanical/ Chemical industry experience an advantage

    • 5 Years experience of running a Regional Partner portfolio (associated industry experience as minimum)

    • Sales process understanding/disciplined

    • Knowledge of Instrumentation – advantage for Gas and Flame Detection

    • Project development and Integration

    • Ability to manage and develop partner network including product training, Opportunity generation & dual call management

    • High levels of energy to effect and drive improvement and change through the business

    • Enterprise level customer relationship and development skills

    • Decisive decision maker who promptly deals with issues and is not afraid to make difficult decisions for the improvement of the business

    • Ability to execute strategies promptly and effectively with direct improvement to the business

    • Well developed business analysis skills including opportunity and risk assessment
