    Business objective delivery: Financial targets - manage the budget and target metrics for Hypermarket/ Supermarket channel

    Launch Support:

    • Plan in coordination with Marketing and Sales the support for all new launches
    • Develop deployments to sales teams and their partner
    • Assess, report for major launches

    Trade Promotion Planning:

    • Planning - Lead execution of monthly trade promotion plans for Hypermarket - Supermarket channel, based on agreed process, volume and trade investment targets, trade guidelines, trade promotion strategy, and brand operating plans. Evaluation of plans that provide actionable tactics to change and improve
    • Manage channel budget efficiently & ensure cost optimization between quality & price

    Promotion Evaluation & Budget Management:

    • Pre & post promotions evaluation through: estimated ROI, IMS figures, Sales Mangers and market feedback
    • Work closely with Finance to validate all promotions, update monthly budget spending and act accordingly

    Excellence in Execution:

    • Providing Sales Field team Retail Index Standard which give direction on Planogram standard & Compulsory SKU at region & store level
    • Updating cycle brief to in-store activations and sales operation team to ensure EIE on field
    • External meeting with Key Account Manager and Customers for joint business planning to set new year target & strategy
    • Review quarterly performance vs. KPI plus quarterly promotion activities together with Key Account Manager & Customer

    Channel classification/ definition and market competitor analysis:

    • Classify store segment and define role of each channel/account/shop type
    • Shopper behavior by brand by Account/ Region
    • Partnering with sales team across regions to properly understand customer & shopper insight, keep in loop Market competitor in Monthly Operation Meeting

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • University degree in business, commerce, marketing or other related field.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG industry
    • Experience of project management against set deliverables
    • Team player and the ability to work across different multimedia platforms and departments
    • Ability to problem solve
    • Strong command of English in writing & speaking
