We are looking for talents for position Senior Account Manager for RED2, a digital agency, under CMG. Working place is in Phan Xich Long, Phu Nhuan district, HCMC.

  • Preparing proposals, media plans and leading ongoing engagement needs with Clients.
  • Drafting, Budgeting and crafting Scopes of Work, Schedules, Cost Estimates and Project/Engagement Documentation
  • Create and manage the measurement process around social, digital and content strategies
  • Handle efficiently and effectively clients’ inquiries to ensure clients are happy with our services.
  • Assessing client needs quickly and team challenges proactively to create and enable effective solutions quickly.
  • Instantly update clients’ on company activities, events and offers to seek business opportunities.
  • Assess client’s websites and digital presence against marketplace’s best practices and develop strategies for proposing cutting-edge digital solutions to clients
  • Manage clients’ brand consistency throughout the physical and digital channels
  • Enabling multi-disciplinary teams to generate innovative, strategically sound project plans.
  • Managing schedules and planning that resoundingly support success for everyone you interact with.
  • Interfacing with CEO in caring for the overall health of assigned clients.
  • Managing a team of digital specialists, interns and peers
  • Managing the production process with teams and clients and the tracking of deadlines.
  • Project management: Being involved in projects from brainstorm to delivery
  • Reporting on cross-channel campaigns, assessing their results and advise clients to improve the performance
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest digital technologies
  • Supporting the team to tackle any problems coming up in a start-up environment with hands-on attitude
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

    • 40% profit for each project
    • 100% account retention rate
    • 100% reports and invoices to be sent to clients on-time
    • 100% customer satisfaction
    • 100% cross-selling on every client

Yêu cầu công việc:

Qualifications/Skills:

  • University graduated ( Sales & Marketing is preferred )
  • Over 5 years experiences in digital marketing, website-related services.
  • Good knowledge of Digital Advertising, Media Industry is important. Key relationships with Advertising Industry professionals , Top Brands in Vietnam
  • Good communication and negotiation skills in writing and speaking in both English and Vietnamese
  • Strong analysis, presenting and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of digital analytics, online media trends and updates
  • A keen interest in digital media with a passion to follow digital and advertising trends
  • Ability to work long hours, often under pressure meeting tight deadlines
