Buzzmetrics is a proprietary technology that scans through all social network, forums, blogs, news sites, classify and retailers to collect all discussions into a database. From here consumers’ discussions can be extracted and analysed in Category, brand, campaign and product level.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure annual business growth commitment.
- Lead a team of sales persons, focus on marketing research products.
- Be responsible for sales plan, sales strategy.
- Direct the team’s focus, set goals, look at data, motivate and help create training opportunities.
- Work with marketing for marketing communications strategy.
- Work with Research Specialist for new product development.
- Set prices, sales and deals, and analyze current trends to set future sales goals.
- Main KPI:
+ New leads acquisition
+ Current client’s maintenance, up-sales & cross sales
+ Sales team’s performance in alignment with Company’s culture

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Bachelor degree or above.
- At least 5 years experience in Research/ Advertising/ Technology sales or account management.
- Be able to work leading global and local clients.
- Proven marketing/ research knowledge.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Proven Leadership Skills.
- Proven Sales Analytical Skills.
- Customer Service skill.
- Marketing Research knowledge is a plus.
