Mô tả công việc:

  • Support the Board of Management to develop and implement sales strategies and plans to grow the business in Vietnam.
  • Develop new accounts and achieve or exceed the sales targets set by the Company through value creation selling activities in the assigned areas.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationship and foster relationships with business influencers such as partners, associates, industry organizations and attending appropriate networking functions.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline data as well as market information, competitors’ products and activities on a regular basis to the management.
  • Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the line manager of any problems that may arise
  • Understand company capabilities and services, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline in CRM as well as a contact database

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Possess a tertiary education from 5 years’ of sales experience in IT software especially ERP and Supply chain products or service products.
  • A strong clientele base in Manufacturing, Retail and/or Trade and Logistics, Supply Chain industry will be an advantage.
  • Able to engage effectively with and conduct formal presentation scenarios to senior level managers and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to prosecute and close sales in a complex solutions selling environment.
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage
  • Must have strong computer literacy and communication skills, particularly in proposals and tenders submissions.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills and able to work in both a team environment and on an individual basis in a motivated manner.
