Mô tả công việc

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are understood and met.
Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s client portfolio.
Present customized recruitment solutions to clients and negotiate terms of service agreements.
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure alignment between client needs and recruitment delivery.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, ideally within recruitment, staffing, or a related industry.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of recruitment and headhunting processes is a plus.
Preferably English communication skills.
