Bridge & Lead Software Engineer (Japanese Speaking)

Job Requirements
- Work Experience: Management experience in software development for 3 years or more, or experience as a software engineer for 5 years or more (JavaScript, Java experience is preferred).
- Language Proficiency: Japanese language proficiency at N1 level or higher is preferred (minimum N2), and English fluently - spoken, listening, and written. Working experience with Japanese clients will be preferrable.
- Ability to actively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Having the motivation to work for a long period (10 years or more), as a founding member of the company.
- Education/Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant technology certifications
