Prepare and present a broad array of cakes, pastries, desserts which meets customer expectations.
Maintain hygienic standards and practices
Maintains food orders and work orders.
Support and emulate the work culture, policies, procedures, and standardization set for by the Executive Chef.
Must have considerable knowledge of food preparation methods and techniques.
Must be able to work long hours and varying shifts.
Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.

Relevant Knowledge / Specialization
2- 3 years working experience required.
Degree or Diploma in Pastry and Baking or Culinary Skills or related field.
Strong understanding and appreciation of the concept of luxury and hospitality.
Organizational and training skills
