Provide the primary interface for customers at the bar.
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in compliance with liquor laws
Garnish drinks appropriately and to the customer requirement
Maintain an attractive bar service area by arranging bottles and glasses for display; remove soiled glassware and empty bottles ensuring cleanliness
Prepare refuse for disposal by separating general waste and recyclable items. To dispose of the waste in the resort disposal bins in the agreed manner.
Maintain a safe and secure bar environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures
Assist resort guests in any reasonable manner to ensure their health, safety and security on the premises and to enhance their enjoyment of the resort facilities
Set up, open and close restaurant and bar areas
Assist with set-up and break-down of banquets and special events according to clients diagrams for set up of facilities
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
Complete the other tasks and jobs which assigned by the leader
