Automation Technician (Plc Experience)

* This position will be temporarily working in LEGO Training Facility (Eastern International University - Binh Duong) & fully relocated to VSIP3 by early 2025. Shuttle buses are provided from HCMC & Bien Hoa City.
* Vị trí này sẽ tạm thời làm việc tại Trung tâm Đào tạo của LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam (Trường Đại học quốc tế Miền Đông - Bình Dương), và sẽ di chuyển địa điểm làm việc về khu vực nhà máy tại VSIP3 vào đầu năm 2025. Công ty có hỗ trợ xe đưa đón từ khu vực TP.HCM và TP. Biên Hòa.

Core Responsibilities

• Software System monitoring, debugging and troubleshooting operational problems (PLC, Controller, Drivers, Robotic systems).
  Điều khiển hệ thống phần mềm, gỡ lỗi và khắc phục sự cố vận hành (PLC, Bộ điều khiển, Trình điều khiển, Hệ thống Robot).

• Provide guidance and technical expertise to operators, mainly focusing on PLC, controllers, drivers, robotic systems.
  Đào tạo chuyên môn kỹ thuật cho nhân viên vận hành, bao gồm lập trình PLC, bộ điều khiển, trình điều khiển, hệ thống robot.

• Participate in specifying, functional designing and software programs which will be developed and installed into equipment. Other duties are to manage and update wiring schematic, layouts, technical document, PLC program and other related document of machinery and equipment.
  Tham gia vào việc xác định, thiết kế chức năng và các chương trình phần mềm sẽ được triển khai và cài đặt vào thiết bị. Ngoài ra, quản lý và cập nhật sơ đồ đấu dây, bố trí, tài liệu kỹ thuật, chương trình PLC và các tài liệu liên quan khác của máy móc và thiết bị.

• Participate and involve during installation, modify and commissioning of new equipment, module’s modification, software/hardware modification, upgrading new platforms / processes and layouts.
  Tham gia vào trong quá trình lắp đặt, sửa đổi và chạy thử thiết bị mới, sửa đổi mô-đun, sửa đổi phần mềm/phần cứng, nâng cấp nền tảng/quy trình và các bố trí mới.

• Research and apply PDCA to improve the equipment’s reliability and cycle time, eliminate / minimize any interruption to machine operation.
  Nghiên cứu và áp dụng PDCA để cải thiện độ tin cậy và chu kỳ hoạt động của thiết bị, loại bỏ/giảm thiểu bất kỳ yếu tố gây cản trở quá trình hoạt động của máy móc.

• Lead and organize the training to improve local specialist team’s technical maturity ( e.g. automation and digitalization, PLC program structure, PLC controller, etc.).
  Tổ chức và đào tạo nhằm nâng cao độ trình độ kỹ thuật của đội ngũ chuyên môn trong nước (ví dụ: tự động hóa và số hóa, cấu trúc chương trình PLC, bộ điều khiển PLC, v.v.).

• Drive continuous improvement for enhanced productivity, usability and serviceability.
  Thúc đẩy cải tiến liên tục để nâng cao hiệu suất, tính khả dụng và tính bảo trì.

• Active participation in software/hardware global projects.
  Tham gia tích cực vào các dự án toàn cầu về phần mềm/phần cứng.

• Collaboration with other sites and sharing the best practices related to processes and technologies.
  Hợp tác với các nhà máy khác và chia sẻ những phương án hiệu quả nhất liên quan đến quy trình và công nghệ.

• Actively communicate with subordinates and provide constructive feedback.
  Giao tiếp tích cực với nhân viên cấp dưới và đóng góp phản hồi mang tính xây dựng.

• Other tasks assigned by manager.
  Các nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi quản lý trực tiếp.

Do you have what it takes?

• Strong experience in electronics, automation technology.
  Kinh nghiệm tốttrong lĩnh vực điện tử và công nghệ tự động hóa.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in technical field.
  Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kỹ thuật.

• Experience of PLC software programming (Prefer PLC: Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi).
  Có kinh nghiệm lập trình phần mềm PLC (Ưu tiên PLC: Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi).

• Previous experience working formultinational companiesthat understands the value of working in a diverse environment.
  Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các công ty đa quốc gia, hiểu giá trị của mộtmôi trường làm việc đa dạng.

• Creates culture of openness and transparency.

• Can communicate in English.
