Assistant Store Manager

Overall purpose of the job: Leading and inspire the sales team. Being in charge of the store's day-to-day activities. Optimize store sales and profitability and coordinate employee management, cash register operations and inventory. Aiming at providing customers with a positive shopping experience

• Planning & Coordinating Store Operation
• Completing store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employee
• Customer Service & Company Standards
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensure the employees also provide the same level of service
• Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions
• Ensure the cash policy and procedure are strictly adhered to by the team
• Supervise personnel: training, motivation, appraisal
• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
• Achieves financial objectives and handles budgets
• Development of regular reports for Retail Manager

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a College Degree, any field.
• Required language(s): English communication skill
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Staff/Team Leader/Supervisors specializing in retail industry
• Full-Time position(s) available.
