Việc làm Hồ Chí Minh1. You are responsible to assist the Center Manager & Center Team to drive sales results in your Center in terms of personal selling, providing the best service care to your current students to show leading by example to CSOs in your center to accelerate your re-enrollment & grow your referral customer pools
2. You will be co-accountable to develop the internal sales plan that included the forecasting of referral & reenrollment in your center for annual plan & setting the objective & execution with your Center Manager to hit the sales & profit for center
3. Assist the Center Manager to lead sales meetings to drive sales, review results and motivate CSO
4. Assist the Center Manager to drive engagement activities between CSOs , TAs & Teachers to have team work synergized at super engagement level
5. Assist the Center Manager to check Appointment tracking and analysis of key statistics & propose the action plan with proactively taking the lead of the project in center
6. Assist Center Manager to take entire duty of Center Manager when Center Manager on leave, weekly day off or attend HQ meeting/ Training .
7. Managing Corporate Sales for Center at need
8. Assist Center Manager for initial and ongoing coaching to CSOs , TAs in center.
9. Assist Center Manager to take the alternate Selling Observation and coaching to new consultant or mid performing consultant
10. Assist the Center Manager to do Monitoring calls, appointments, course types sold, average price, discounts, and payment options with a view to ensuring a professional sales process and driving quality sales
11. Assist the Center Manager to Ensure standard Service practices are in place (in conjunction with the Operation Manager, Customer Service Manager )
12. Ensuring that the Center has the correct TA levels training & coaching (in conjunction with the academic service level, customer service level requisite)
13. Shoulder also a major leadership role to assist Center Manager to communicate policies, procedures and objectives to staff members including service & sales to ensure center is in order .
14. Attend weekly service management meeting with Customer Service Manager, Operation Manager for service & operation management in center
15. Assist Center Manager to generate leads through local store marketing and prospecting, networking by scheduling well, organize well on logistics & follow up the execution & tracking on post follow up for improvement
· Solid experience in both sales & customer service
· Management experience of teams from 5+
· Direct management experience of customer relations and problem solving
· Solid conversational English
· Training & Coaching Skills
· Multiple tasks management ability
· Excellent communication skills – oral and written
· Ability to present and drive change
· Ability to communicate with a broad range of audiences
· Commitment to implement and execute company policy and represent the interests of the company
· Goal-oriented
· Comfortable with commission-based bonus structure
