    *Activities
    - Being accountable for managing B2C business in the accountable markets to meet agreed volume and financial targets according to the goals & objectives as well as processes laid down by the TVL Management and in line with Total Guidelines, including business ethics, controls, safety, health and environment.
    - Developing and taking ownership to goals, objectives and tactics for B2C business in the accountable markets.
    - Employing tutelage of execution of distributor’s business to ensure to be fully aligned with TVL/B2C business strategies.
    - Employing tutelage of deployments of marketing programs, such as: Contracted outlet , brand awareness and development; BDF as well as any other promotion campaigns.
    - Maintaining good business relationships with distributors, DSRs, customers in the industry as well as with stake-holders.
    - Providing business consultancy and field-trips tutelage to DSRs for betterment of sales competency and market intelligence.
    - Managing competing demands with appropriate flexibility & judgment.
    - Exercising responsibility, courtesy, dependability & respect in work teams.
    - Adhering to TVL’s financial & accounting procedures & solves financial problems within approved guidelines.
    - Consistently providing customer-oriented service.
    - Demonstrating organizational commitment by participating in TVL/B2C activities, such as task forces, committees, staff meetings.

    *Accountabilities
    - Accountable for managing the B2C performance in the accountable markets to meet agreed volume and financial targets according to the annual sales goals and objectives, and processes laid down by the TVL Management and in line with Total Guidelines, including business ethics, controls, safety, health and environment.

    QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
    - Bachelor Degree.
    - Experienced in motorcycle & automotive industry.
    - Hard-working, target-oriented.
    - Honest, reliable, dependable & conscientious.
    - Successfully building positive relationship with customers & colleagues.
    - Upholding a high standard of ethical and personal conduct.
