    Mô tả công việc

    - Manage shipping departments (for import, export for both air shipments)
    - Co-operate well with partners/ co-workers (customs, forwarders, carriers, trucking companies…) to provide good service to customer & also avoid any trouble.
    - Effectively solve customers’ complaints (if any).
    - Report to Director for any irregularity.
    - More detail information will be discussed in the interview.
    - Have experience or relationship with Customs clearance and sea line, airline will be a plu

    Yêu cầu công việc

    Educational level: Graduated college majoring in Business Administration
    - English level: Proficient in English, both in writing and speaking
    - Computer skills: Microsoft Office computer programs.
    - Minimum 5-years experience in AIR FREIGHT
    - To secure business and new client related to Airfreight Co-loading client and increasing the company's reputation in co-loading market
    - Negotiate with and develop relationships with airlines to provide the best rate to sales force & co-load clients
    - Understand international forwarding and domestic logistics business
    - Responsibility with the objective of expanding customer base to exceed sales targets and to ensure good customer experience.
    - Create quotes and sales proposals for company services.
    - Succeed at heavy price and service negotiation with customers and carriers.
    - Use both traditional and electronic communication tools to make contact with prospective, current and former customers.
    - Collaborate with Customer Service on pricing decisions, supplier selection and timing.
    - Maintain confidentiality of company information.
    - Apply product knowledge to accomplish sales objectives.
    - Demonstrate sales and communication abilities
