- Provide general administrative supports and co-operate with other departments (local and regional) to ensure smooth admin operations;
- Supervise and take care of assets and office facilities to ensure a professional working place;
- Be responsible for allowances, benefits in kind to ensure accurate calculation and documentation;
- Provide logistics arrangement for staffs/ visitors: air ticket/ hotel booking, transportation arrangement, travel document application and other assistance if required;
- Perform indirect purchasing (printing and printed materials, office necessity, logistics, etc.) and maintain a strong relationship with suppliers to get the best price, quality products and services;
- Manage third party team’s performance (driver team, canteen staff and tea ladies…) to ensure smooth operations within the company to meet standards as agreement and cost effectiveness;
- Assist with company events/ activities to provide sufficient resources and ensure effective process;
- Carry out office documentation and filling system as well as generate timely reports;
- Monitor all documents/ processes to maximize capacity and handle extra arising tasks;
- Other tasks required by the Superior.

- Binh Duong Head Office (No. 1, Street 10, Song Than 1 IZ, Di An City, Binh Duong Province);
- Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, Nha Be District, HCMC from Q3/2021;
- Company shuttle van is provided.
- University graduate in Business Administration or Economics, related fields are preferable;
- At least 5 year-working experience in administration in foreign company is a priority;
- Strong problem solving, collaboration, multi-tasking and customer service skills;
- Hard working, proactive and team work spirit;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Competence in office management and secretarial skills;
- Good in English and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
