Collect/arrange documents and input information on Master data chart
Check work permit's regulations and prepare paperwork for job posting/ report on demand for explanation using foreigner employees
Prepare documents and upload work permit documents (online)
Visit labor Dept for work permit procedure (submit/return...)
Receive preparation documents for temporary residence certificate (TRC) issuance
Other task related to work permit/visa/TRC for expat

Third-year or Final year students or Fresh Graduates from Colleges/ Universities. Majoring in Law, Human Resources, Business Administrative and other related majors.
Able to work as intern for 3 months.
Good knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance Regulation.
Basic English communication.
Strong problem-solving and documentation management skills
Ability in being detail-oriented, proactive, hardworking, and willing to learn and grow.
