Việc làm Hồ Chí MinhThe job includes all activities to promote the client's feed additives products in the assigned areas in the south of Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
You build up and develop the business relationship with current and prospective key accounts in Vietnam by creating a close and intense contact with the organisation's of the key account
Preparing and implementing business plan on accounts in your area is a matter of course for you
You plan and execute frequent customer visits to establish a strong relationship with them and have a good knowledge about the value chain of account customers to deliver the products, programs or services they need
You will manage and give support to distributors in your area
As a team player, you ensure good communication with the Regional Technical Managers and other (Key) Account Managers in Vietnam
Taking over accountability for achieving yearly budget targets is natural for you
You propose annual sales and profit targets of the key account, executing pipeline management
To succeed in the role, you are required to be persistent and self-driven.
You obtain a degree in agricultural studies, preferably zoo-technical education or similar
You have at least five years or more experience in sales within the feed industry (B2B environment)
You have a profound understanding of the livestock industry
Client-focused work is routine for you
You have a commercial attitude, very good negotiation, presentation and self-management skills
You demonstrate excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
You listen actively to understand customer needs
