Client management: build and maintain good relationship with current clients.
Project management: coordinating with related department: Creative, Field Operation, Procurement, tech & data to prepare proposal, quotation to bid and deploy projects from clients to ensure service excellence.
New business development: approach and build new clients.
Responsible for billing/revenue target of team.
Team management: Involving in recruitment, training, supervising, and evaluating team members.
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
At least 4 years’ experience in Marketing Agencies (ATL, BTL) or marketing of FMCG companies.
Excellent client service skill and business development.
Excellent commercial skills with attention to detail.
Leadership skills and a positive attitude.
Independence and initiative.
A structured and disciplined approach to project management.
Fluent command of written and spoken English.
