1) Grow, maintain active and manage agency force to develop business: • Always develop networking to grow agency force in assigned areas • Supervising, monitoring agency activities to achieve sale target at the same time ensure compliance with Company rules
• Justifying the validity and completeness of claim file • Giving out approprate requirement for information, documents and investigation • Making investigation plan and then executing the plan
• Delivering excellent customer services through Call Center, global quality and innovative services/activities; achieving the Section targets and Company goals • Handling inbound/outbound calls effectively and punctually
1. To develop and enhance Back-end Systems: Life/Asia and GIS systems per user's requirement. 2. To coordinate with Business Analyst or users to get requirements and support their information query 3. To implement system and problem analysis to provide suitable and effective IT solutions for business purposes.
• Install and configure software and hardware • Manage network servers, backup systems and technology tools • Set up accounts and workstations
