Responsible for revenue generated from a geographically assigned sales territory (or business portfolio), by servicing and retaining existing customers and targeting at new business opportunities.
Work with Global & Regional to develop product communication, research and implementation plans. Responsible for product intelligence from product performance, customer attitudes and product performance improvements.
Respond for all tasks of the assigned retail booth Maintain relationship with current customers to achieve sales and service target. Provide information and consult about services accordingly to win walk-in customer with good corporate image.
Develop costing models targeting new Business Development and Import Express customers to ensure competitive and profitable pricing of new business segments. Produce reports and analysis for the use of Sales teams.
Plan, monitor and arrange staffing adjustment to Contact Center schedules effectively Prepare regular (eg. Weekly, daily, monthly) summary reports and submit to Country Management and Region Build a database of staff performance to drive improvement
Organise appropriate shifts and manning levels to meet business requirements. Ensure incoming shipments are recovered, “break bulked”, inspected and cleared in the quickest, most efficient manner possible.
Work with management team to build cohesive, high motivated team Achieve the operation KPIs and business goals by communicating and providing full functional support to the Ground Operations management team
Design Posters Translate/Draft weekly/monthly memos related to Health & Wellbeing Support to organize workshops & activities for employees
