Việc làm Hồ Chí Minh- Handle enquiries arising on a daily basis in the B2B area of global IT infrastructure or an IT platform.
- Control project finance, schedule, resources, scope, issues, risks, quality, progress and changes throughout the lifecycle of the project. Assume responsibility of budgeting and tracking expenses
- Provide excellent service for customers, receive enquiries from customers and provide solutions. In this position, it is mandatory to follow and support defined processes
- Maintains and improves helpdesk service operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs. Work closely with Project manager of headquarter in Germany
- Maintain 40% operator tasks while handling multiple internal and external production management tasks
- Provide overall modern and friendly leadership for helpdesk operators, including hiring, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; administering scheduling systems; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
- Responsible for information management to team members and to customers
- Fluent in both written and verbal communication, especially in English and Chinese is a must
- Proven experience as call center manager or similar position (at least 2 years).
- Experience in customer service is required
- Strong leadership, interviewing and training skills
- Open-mindedness to the area of customer service and technical helpdesk
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics
- Excellent organizational skills with a problem-solving ability
- Strong interpersonal skills to internal and external parties
- Analytical skills, solution-driven
- Process and service oriented thinking
- Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs and willingness to deepen IT knowledge.
- Work with minimal supervision
