  • Mô tả công việc:

    - Planning & developing sales activities for key account clients. Actively identifies and recruits new customers

    - Increase the level of activity within account portfolio and expand it. Manages a portfolio of customers

    - Implement required sales strategies and tactics within assigned portfolio

    - Deal with key customers for setting objectives and develop plans with monthly tracking performance, work with key customers for setting, develop and maintain good long term business relations. Focuses in key account retention and growth by insuring proper contact at all levels of the organization to develop and provide custom made solutions that adds value and solidifies the partnership.

    - Works on keeping high level of satisfaction among their key accounts. Proactively checks on their customer's products quality/ availability to avoid complaints

    - Monitor weekly & monthly sales results, key performance indicators, competitive activities and market trends on a regular basic and report to all concerned

    - Increase stock-keeping unit (SKU) penetration and forecast. Develops and expands the number of SKU used per operator/ customer

    - Effectively provides their customers with requested samples. Follows up on any additional request to make the sale and appropriately report feedback

    - Coordinate with departments in implementing plans.

     

     
  • Yêu cầu công việc:

    - Graduate from College/ University, major in Foreign Trade/ Commercial/ Economics

    - At least 2 years experience at the same position in FMCG company. Experience in Industry is a plus.

    - Excellent communication skills

    - Dynamic, proactive, motivated, is a team player

    - Planning and organization skills

    - Good English level

    - Computer skills (Excel, Power Point).

    - Quick learner

    - Great understanding and application of customer service
