    JOB DUTIES:

    • Report to Vietnamese Team Leader
    • Team with 4 or 2 members

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop Web application, company’s software
    • In the future will also develop Smartphone application
    • Use JavaEE6, JavaEE7 to develop
    • Develop UX/UI using HTML5/CSS3
    • Develop UX/UI using Jquery
    • Programming, coding, testing
    • Planning, upstream process is in head office in Japan, Vietnam office will program
  • Yêu cầu công việc:

    Desirable Background & Experience:

    • Qualification: Bachelor Degree
    • Language Skills: Japanese is a plus
    • Management skill is a plus
    • 2 years experienced in developing Web application using object oriented programming language – OOP for example : JAVA, .NET, C#
    • Experienced in developing, designing using UML
    • MS Office Proficiency

  • Quyền lợi được hưởng (ngoài lương):
    • Work Time: Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:30pm)
    • Salary Range: Gross 500 - 1000 USD
    • Allowance(s): Transportation : 300.000VND / Language : N1 – 1.500.000, N2 – 1.000.000, N3 – 500.000 per month
    • Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus/ Review performance twice a year
    • Benefit(s): Annual Leave per year / Insurance / Birthday / Special Occasions (Tet, Lunar, Moon Festival…)
    • Selection Process: Two rounds ( Round 1 : Skill test and interview with Vietnamese leader, Round 2 : Interview with Japanese Director with a Japanese interpreter )
    • Others: Company has rewards for employees 2 times a year. Employee who won reward will receive money and can be considered to re-located in Japan if wishes.
