  • Mô tả công việc:

    1. Staff attendance and leave management: 
    • To maintain and update the leave record of staff.
    • To monitor monthly attendance record sheets of all campuses for payroll process.

    2. Administrative and clerical duties:
    • To greet/meet guest and new Employees at the airport for transfer to the hotel or staff villa.
    • To manage the logistic for Foreign staff( visa and/or residence card, work permit, accommodation, etc)
    • To do the translation and interpretation for HR related documentations or activities.
    • To arrange local transportation when necessary.

    3. Maintaining personnel files:
    • To assist in setting up and maintaining employee database system, employee profiles ensuring all data updated accurately on timely basis.
    • To assist staff with forms and procedures needed by staff.

    4. Compensation and benefit:
    • To assist HR Executive in declaring and registering Social Insurance, Health & Unemployment Insurance and other kinds of Insurance for Company’s staff.
    • To assist in organization of staff training session and activities.
    • To prepare letters to staff on Compensation & Benefits.

    5. Administrative and clerical duties:
    • To greet/meet guest and new Employees at the airport for transfer to the hotel or staff villa.

    OTHERS

    • To undertake other tasks as and when assigned by the Immediate Superior and/or Management.
    • Your duties and responsibilities are not limited to the above points only and may be redefined / extended accordingly.

  • Yêu cầu công việc:

    - University/ College graduate, preferably with major in foreign language, human resource management or business administration;
    -Good command in both Vietnamese and English;
    -Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
    -Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
    -Well organized, proactive with positive attitude; 
    -Good computer skills (World, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
