You will supervise staff, maintain and enhance customer services by organizing and evaluating service and delivery systems and procedures.
You will supervise customer service team, be responsible for flawless execution of customer orders and inquiries and effective handling of customer complaints
You will be training team members, planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems when needed.
You will respond to customer inquiries and problems and / or complaints by providing information or directing requests to others who can supply the necessary information or service
You will expedite customer orders entry into the available order process system, including keeping customters informed of their order status
You will expedite and coordinate flow of work within or between internal departments, propose solutions for conformity to company rules and regulation
You will need to proactively foresee possible delays or complications and plan strategies to avoid or minimize them
You will develop and recommend to the Logistics Manager new systems, procedures or working practices to improve customer service process efficiency
You will perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

You have at least a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or a relevant discipline from a recognized university / tertiary institution, AND at least two years of related experience, preferably with a Multinational Company
You are able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, third party vendors and service providers and other employees of the Company
You are proficient in both English and Vietnamese (conversational & writing)
You have the necessary mathematical knowledge and skills to perform the job (i.e. ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, and ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs)
You have the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
You must possess sufficient knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
