  • Mô tả công việc:

    You will be responsible to manage all accounts assigned to you proactively to ensure sales delivery, customers’ satisfaction and retention. You will develop new accounts and active follow up on sales opportunity

    You are able to develop and maintain good customer relationships with important and relevant personnel 

    You will ensure timely and proper information gathering from customers for tenders opening as means to secure the deal

    You will get orders, prepare quotes, sales proposal and contracts for customers

    You will conduct sales activities according to promotional strategies/initiatives set by the Business Area and/or Marketing Team

    You will periodic visit to key accounts for getting users feedback on our products & services and be creative problem solving in managing customers complaint by proper investigation and close follow-up in resolving issues

    Most importantly, you must conduct business in full compliance to the Roche Behaviour in Business and Behaviour in Competition

  • Yêu cầu công việc:

    You are someone who influences your own development, pursues your interests across functions and geographies, and understands that a job title is not the final definition of who you are, but a starting point

    You have minimum degree in Health, Science, Biotechnology, Biochemical or and at least 3 years experiences in Diagnostics or Medical device in a multi-national company is an asset

    You have sales experience in the diagnostics, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related industry

    You can demonstrate consistent result achievement in a complex and competitive environment and focus on delivering outstanding customer service

    You are customers oriented, an excellent communicator and you like to take initiatives. You possess also excellent negotiation and presentation skills

    You are able to work under high pressure and willing to travel for symposiums or personal technical training and development
