  • Mô tả công việc:


    • Report to Vietnamese Deputy General Manager
    • Assigned to Planning and Risk Management Division

    Job Responsibilities:

    • To support Head of Planning and Risk Management Division on corporate planning, performance management, management information system and Internal Control Program (ICP)

    Business Planning:

    • Review and update the Planning process and procedures for the whole company
    • Coordinate with other Divisions/ Department to collect date for preparing 3 years Business Plan and the projection of finance results
    • Support in the preparation of the Business Plan for the Company with the detailed financial budget; strategic focuses and action plans
    • Propose annual budget assignment to each related divisions
    • Design, launch and monitor result of marketing campaigns
    • Prepare periodic market analysis reports

    Performance Management:

    • Monitor the actual performance against plan including projections
    • Coordinate with other Divisions/ Department to prepare business analysis reports to assess the performance of the company and help in management decision making
    • Coordinate with other Division/ Department to prepare the periodic performance review
    • Prepare management report
    • Support in setting up and maintaining the management information system for market analysis and business analysis

    Internal Control Program:

    • Review and update of ICP documentation to make sure that all necessary controls have been set
    • Monitor the annual ICP activities
    • Review monthly internal audited Deficiency Status Report and monitor all remediate actions for the Deficiency
    • Liaise with RHC Project Management Officer in adopting and implementing regional ICP requirements
    • Report ICP activities progress to management, Members’ of Council and RHC
  • Yêu cầu công việc:

    Desirable Background & Experience:

    • Qualification: Graduate on Finance and Banking, Insurance or Auditing
    • Language Skills: English fluency
    • At least 4 years’ experience in any related areas (corporate planning audit, internal control, accounting and finance, professional advisory)
    • Good knowledge in corporate planning, finance and business analysis
    • Understanding on insurance business and operations
    • Excellent in interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
